Disruption to online library services, Sunday 15th January from 15:00

Update: Sunday 15th January 15:10. this upgrade has been pushed back until 18:30 tonight.

The library catalogues at encore.ulrls.lon.ac.uk and catalogue.ulrls.lon.ac.uk will be unavailable from 15:00 on Sunday 15th January for an estimated two hours. This planned downtime is to allow for an upgrade to our catalogues by Systems Team staff.

This upgrade is required to fix problems with the system and prepare for improvements coming to our Encore catalogue later in the year.

We are trying to minimise disruption by doing this work out of opening hours. During this work the catalogue will be unavailable so you will not be able to:

• Renew loans online or using our automated telephone renewal service
• Search the catalogue or request items
• Access e-resources (e-journals and databases) authenticated via the catalogue

The Senate House Library Web site and the Archives and Manuscripts catalogue will remain available during this time.

We aim to have all online services, including access to e-journals and databases, back up and running by 17:00 on 15th January.
